Group Counseling and Workshops
Group counseling offers a supportive environment where individuals come together to share experiences, gain insights, and support one another.
Led by a trained therapist, group members explore common challenges such as anxiety, depression, or addiction, and learn coping strategies while receiving feedback and encouragement from peers. Participants find validation, support, and new perspectives, knowing they're not alone in their struggles. Group counseling provides a safe space to develop coping skills, build resilience, and cultivate a sense of belonging, empowering individuals to thrive emotionally and interpersonally.
Some groups we have held include: Ongoing Grief, Coping Skills, and Anxity Groups
